FlexSHUFFLE™ 4x4 MPO shuffle assemblies build a full fibre mesh between four MPO-8 ports and four upstream switch fabrics in a single pre-terminated cable. Each MPO-8 leg distributes its four duplex lanes across all four legs on the opposite side, so every port reaches every fabric without a shuffle cassette, fibre-level patching or re-mapping in the field.

The upstream legs are colour coded blue, orange, green and brown, following the TIA-598 order for positions 1 to 4. Each switch fabric is identified at a glance, which speeds up installation and removes guesswork during moves, adds and changes in dense leaf-spine and AI cluster fabrics.

FlexSHUFFLE™ is built in a patch cord format. There is no housing, cassette or panel to mount, and no rack space is consumed. The assembly routes through existing cable managers like any other patch cord, and removing the cassette also removes two mated MPO connections from every link, leaving more of the optical loss budget for the channel.

Assemblies use bend-insensitive single-mode G.657.A1 fibre with MPO-8 APC connectors, and are factory terminated and 100% tested for insertion loss and return loss before shipment.

Intended for leaf-spine fabrics across the Johannesburg and Cape Town datacentre clusters, meshing four upstream switch fabrics without additional housings or rack space.
