ScaleFibre NVIDIA-Compatible MPO Patch Cables are high-performance "straight" (1:1) assemblies designed for the Quantum-2 (NDR) and Spectrum-4 ecosystems. They provide the primary link between NVIDIA switches and ConnectX-7 adapters where no splitting is required.
NVIDIA SKU Compatibility: These assemblies are optically equivalent to the MFP7E10-Nxxx series. They are used to connect an 800G Twin-Port OSFP transceiver to another OSFP transceiver, or to extend a link between patch panels in a DGX H100/A100 cluster.
The APC Difference: Critically, these cables utilize MPO/APC (Angled Physical Contact) connectors for BOTH Single-mode and Multimode (OM4) versions. This represents a deviation from standard data centre cabling (which uses Flat/UPC for Multimode). The 8-degree angle is mandatory to meet the strict Return Loss requirements of 400G/800G PAM4 signaling.
